  Nightmare of a business. Only giving a 4 star so no one makes the mistake of coming here like I did. I have never been so taken advantage of then I was here. Atfer crashing and rolling my other wonderful Jeep Grand Cherokee that I got from a wonderful car dealer and being terrified to drive. I came here looking for another Jeep to replace the one that I crashed. From day one they were rude and seemed to be rushed but found a Jeep that was just like my old one. Ended up paying more for it tho and got lied to on what warranty I was getting. But here is where the nightmare really begins day one after getting the Jeep it doesn’t start at all so I had to have it towed back and they put a new battery in. Atfer that the Jeep shook really really bad and was hard to keep on the road I took it to my home town mechanic shop to have it looked at. And brought it back to Advanced auto and truck they were super rude about it but after my family friend that knew them talked them they fix what was wrong but I really bad job with it and didn’t fix it all and this wasn’t even a week of owning this Jeep. Atfer that was all fixed it seemed Ok but a month later it brakes down and gets stuck in limp mode. I had it towed back to them and they rudely looked at it and told me they couldn’t fix it and it was there problem and told me to leave. Well after crying in there parking lot completely broken and lost in what to do and people were starting to stare at me. They finally gave me a rental car to use and the Jeep was taken to my mechanic shop. Atfer getting the Jeep looked at it was more than $3000 to fix it and I haven’t even had the Jeep for a month. I called the advanced auto back to tell them what was wrong with my Jeep and to see if they could help fix it some. The guy on the phone Brain pretty much cussed me out and wanted there rental car back that day all bc I called them asking to see what to do about a vehicle I had brought from them just a month ago. So all in all my Grand Jeep Cherokee has has more then $7000 worth of fixes in a year of owning in and it still has problems. This business made the nightmare of my accident 100% worse and completely took advantage of me being young and in a hard place. I wouldn’t wish this business on my worse enemy.
